I am 46 years old, married, and a mom to two amazing children!  I have lived in the beautiful PNW since 1998, but am a native of the east coast being born and raised in New Jersey.

I just started running in 2013 and having never run before, the sport has changed my life!  I feel strong and empowered as a woman and have seen a complete change in our family since then!

During the summer months, you will see our whole family (Mom, Dad, 14 yr. old daughter & 9 yr. old son on his bike) out on the road bonding through living an active lifestyle–whether it be walking, running, hiking, biking, swimming or kayaking!
