I am a RN and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Medical Unicorn with Celiac Disease and over 300 food allergies and intolerances, an Ultrarunner and Ironman Finisher.

I am on a mission to make food fun again for people with Autoimmune Disease, Food Allergies and Intolerances, and Chronic Illness that requires a medically-necessary diet and lifestyle change.

I live in Redmond, WA, with my husband, oft-referred to as my “M”, and our adorable and extra fluffy Applehead Siamese cat, Loomi. My motto about running is, “I may not be fast, but I’m friendly!”  You can find out more about my clean-eating, gluten-free lifestyle at MyAllergyAdvocate.com.
