I started running in 2016 with a goal to run a half marathon. Upon completing that goal, I found that I really enjoyed running the longer distances. In 2018 I signed up for my first 50K, finishing two marathons along the way, and completed this goal at the beginning of November. This year I’m trying to improve my training to get faster and stronger so I can complete a 50 mile race in 2020. I love being out on the trails, both running and hiking. I have really enjoyed renovating a Ford Transit van with my boyfriend this past year and using it to crew a couple of his long races this last summer (including a 100 miler!).
