About the Mill Town Marathon

Mill Town Marathon will feature a half marathon, 10K and 5K, all of which will offer participants beautiful views of the Puget Sound, the Cascade Mountains, the Snohomish Valley, and PNW beauty. All distances will start and finish at the Port of Everett. Enjoy a well-marked course and roads closed to vehicular traffic.

As is tradition, we invite all active-duty military and veterans to register at a discounted military rate.

FAQs and Information

What time does the race start?

The 5k will begin at 7:55AM.

The 10k and Half Marathon will begin at 8AM, Satruday, March 27, 2027

Is there a time limit?

Yes, a 4 hour time limit for half marathon participants. (we actively monitor course and have a sweeper to communicate with race directors)

Where will we park?

Participants will need to purchase a parking pass from the Port of Everett. There will be plenty of parking right by the start line for everyone. We will send out a link where you can get a parking pass prior to the event.

Where will packet pickup be?

What is in my race packet? What is packet pickup?

Your race packet will contain your bib, timing chip, and race shirt.

Can someone else pick up my packet?

Yes, absolutely. However, they will need a copy of your Driver’s License.

Can I pick up my race packet on day of race?

Yes, packet pick up begins at 6:30AM under the Snohomish Running Co Blue tent, near the start line

I registered awhile ago but haven't received any communication from you about the event?

We will send out the participant e-mail with all event details on the Tuesday prior to the race.  This will go over parking, race day schedule and more.  Please make sure to follow the Mill Town Half on Facebook and also click that you are attending the Mill Town Half Marathon Event Page on Facebook.  This is the best way to keep up to date will all pertinent race information.

Can I sign up day of race?

Unfortunately no, day of race registration is not available at this time.

I can’t do the race, but I’d like my shirt. What should I do? Can you mail it to me?

You or a friend should come to packet pickup and pick up your shirt.
Shirt sizes will not be guaranteed after race weekend.

When does the course close?

The course will close at 12:00 sharp. However, half marathon participants need to be through mile 10 by 10:30 am. That means you have 2.5 hours to complete the first 10 miles which is a 15 minute per mile pace.

Are walkers allowed?

Yes! Walkers are allowed.
Due to course limits for the half marathon we suggest walkers keep to the 10K.

Do I get a finisher’s medal?

Yes! Everyone will get a finisher’s medal.

Will there be porta-potties on the course?

There will be porta-potties at the start/finish area and at least two on the half marathon course.

When does online registration close?

Online registration closes at midnight on the Friday prior to the race.

Is there a gear check?

Yes! However, you will need to bring your own bag; we will provide you will a gear check tag.
